This is one of the more impressive mini consoles I got out here. It comes with a joystick controller and other mandatory cables except for a wall charger, however my TV usb out can be used for power supply so that's no problem. Funnily it comes with 64 games which is a lot and really does well for the price. There are really good classics in here some of them being major a basis for inspirations for newer games just as some NES and Atari 2600 games. It has the BASIC interface where you can program your own things such as games which is quite interesting, it has extra usb ports for a keyboard input (the keys on the model unfortunately are part of the console case and do not react as keys).
It's great to see one of the best selling home computers return on the market as a gaming machine, it's exactly what this thing was really good for at its time compared to other devices such as the IBM PC. There's also the 128 variant but I do not have that system at the moment.
The system can be customized, you can add your own games using usb sticks, but I have not tested whether the original disk drive works (don't own one either) through a converter.
It does get a little bit hot with use, but it does not impact the gameplay.
It's a real nice mini console if you don't want to use some Raspberry Pi with an emulator, which of course isn't really handy UX wise for the everyday gamer unless you really love tinkering (which this console is also good for), you should definitely get one if you are a Commodore fan, even if you have the original device! But if you don't like retro gaming and 2D games you should stay away from this console!
